UK based manufacturer, Watco specialises in industrial floor coatings, repair materials and anti-slip products. Watco had previously enjoyed business growth through traditional catalogues, however, with a shift in customer behaviour and catalogue sales decreasing, they needed to quickly adapt to their customer needs. This included a new eCommerce store that would bolster customer experiences through improved merchandising.

Solution
